On m'avait dit que le temps d'attente tait moins long qu' St-Jrme. Aprs plus de 8h, toujours pas passe, j'en doute fortement. Pour une premire exprience de consultation l'urgence, je me dis que la prochaine fois devra tre en ambulance, couche sur une civire. Systme totalement pourri.

I dont even know why we bother coming here. Maybe to save us the 30min drive from an actually decent hospital. Came to Lachute hospital today because my boyfriend was screaming in pain when I got home from work. Well we brought him to the closest hospital thinking he will be seen right away with the pain hes in. Well no problem they pop an iv bag on him and give him some medicine and brought him to the back right away. We have been here for over SIX HOURS and the dr still doesnt care to see him. One of the nurses have been great and trying her best to comfort my boyfriend and ease the pain, but there is only so much she can do as a nurse without a dr actually looking at him himself. I know for a fact that if we went to st Jerome or hawkesbury the dr would have seen him by now trying to figure out what is causing the pain. Time and time again this hospital disappoints me. Drive the extra 30min either way and go to better hospital instead of wasting your time here.
